Solar Photovoltaic Panels

 A photovoltaic panel is made up of many interconnected photovoltaic cells, and its efficiency describes how much sunlight is converted into electricity. For example, a panel with a 20% efficiency will produce 200 watt-hours of electricity per hour at 1,000 watts of sunlight. The orientation of the photovoltaic panel affects its efficiency.
